Defiant Wrestling (and it's precursor WCPW) have had a number of General Managers since the promotion's inception. Adam Pacitti was the first of these, with Prince Ameen (known in the role as General Ameen) being the current holder of the position. There have also been a number of individuals who have taken temporary control of proceedings and acted as a defacto GM.
Role[]
General Manager is an on-screen role who acts as the person who runs the promotion. They will book matches, make decsions about wrestlers and generally keep order and act as an authority figure within the promotion. The role is largely a kayfabe one, with the company actually being run by the off-screen management team, although some of the GMs have also been involved in the backstage management.

Temporary General Managers[]
Throughout the history of WCPW and Defiant a number of individuals have taken temporary control of the promotion, enabling them to book matches and make decisions. There have been a number of reasons for these additional General Managers, including the full time GM being unavailable, an assistant being appointed or an individual taking control during the onscreen storylines.
